We love glass. We love to make glass. We love to show you how we make glass. Daily demonstrations will show you the art of glass blowing and you will be entertained by our wonderful artisan glass makers. Demonstrations take place Wednesday – Sunday Sessions are usually at 12pm & 2pm but these times may vary due to pre booked workshops or classes so we advise you to ring ahead before coming if you are on a tight time schedule.
If you are interested in trying out glassblowing for yourself see below for more details about our class and sessions, we offer everything from traditional glass making skills sessions for individuals or pairs, to group bookings for families, stag & Hen dos, or corporate team building. We also offer private glass work sessions where your loved ones ashes can be added to a memorial glass piece in a private session.

One to one glass blowing sessions are available with our master glass blower. Together you will choose colours, shapes, and styles, and be a part of the process from start to finish.

A private half day session with you and the glass makers to create a beautiful solid peace of glass that contains the ashes of a loved one. £240 (inc VAT) for session and first piece, £90 (incl VAT) for each additional piece. Customise to your specifications, from Football team colours or favourite flowers, include elements that you want in a session that is private.
We can accommodate groups of up to 10 for glass blowing sessions. This session is perfect for stag groups, hen dos, birthdays, and much more. Each participant gets a chance to make their own bauble or paperweight. Costs depend on the size of the group.
If your party consists of more than 5, you will be split into two groups. One group can have a go at glass blowing while the others visit our cafe, explore our galleries, and Grade 2* Listed Victorian Tank House, or watch the other groups glass blowing from a safe distance.
Our corporate team building sessions can accommodate larger groups working with our glass makers and experiencing glass blowing, hot glass and kiln formed glass. These sessions include having a go at making some glass (paperweights and baubles), drinks on arrival and lunch. Private tours and private meeting rooms are also available. Prices start from £120 per person (incl VAT) (minimum of 4). Please contact for a detailed cost.
